Entergy Arkansas customers needing assistance applying for LIHEAP or questions about your bills will be able to find help during these customer care events. Come visit July 9 from 8AM to 2PM!

Bring the following for LIHEAP applications:

- ID

- Social Security card

- Proof of all income

- Copies of most recent electric bills

- Copy of lease agreement if you live in subsidized housing or your   utilities are included in your rent
