Rock-N-Roll Studio Gymnastics

Enroll in gymnastics with Elizabeth Ray!

Hello, I’m Elizabeth Ray, a life-long member of the First United Methodist Church. I’m a graduate from Southern Arkansas University with a Master’s of Science of Counseling and Master’s of Education. I’m the Aquatic Center Coordinator for SAU and adjunct instructor for water aerobics, land aerobics, and lifeguarding. I am the owner of Rock-N Roll Studios gymnastics/cheerleading and have been coaching for over 20 years. It’s a blessing for me to be able to share my passion of coaching gymnastics, and I look forward to teaching basic gymnastics skills this upcoming school year. Goals for this program include: gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and discipline. We also focus on strengthening the body to ensure safety while participating in physical activities.

In Christ,

Elizabeth "E-Ray" Ray

We’ve been enjoying our Lil’ Dragons at FUMC CDC.

They’ve been having a blast!

  • We have been working on “hands up”.
  • Answering up loud with “yes sir” and “yes ma’am”.
  • Balance skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Hand/foot eye coordination.
  • How to punch and front kick a pad.
  • Keeping our hands and feet to ourselves.
  • Learning about “respect”.
  • Our first Korean word “Chariot” meaning attention.
